Book a Show
It's easy to book a show with Ted & Company TheaterWorks. Here's how:
- Look at the Live Shows section of the Web site. Choose one or several you think might work for your event.
- Look at the Calendar on this page and see if Ted & Co. are available for the dates you're considering.
- Fill out the BOOKING FORM. Then email or call toll free 866-276-2345 to talk to Sheri, Ted & Co's agent. She'll be glad to answer questions about shows, explore alternate dates, let you know which shows are available when.
- Once a date and show are agreed upon, Sheri will send a contract. We ask for a 20% deposit to hold the date, with travel costs and the balance of the contract due at the time of the performance.
- We provide publicity materials specific to the show you are booking. We will send a small quantity of 11 x 17 large color posters and will email attachments or direct you to a web page where you can upload a news release, photos, flier masters, programs, etc. Everything you need to promote your event.
- A travel invoice will be sent by email approximately one month ahead of the show date. We ask you to email lodging arrangements at about the same time.
- Sheri will be happy to answer any questions you might have as you promote your event.
- The Performance Rider for each show will also give you the details you need regarding stage, lights, sound, etc.
- Send out your publicity, welcome Ted & Co. to your community, and then sit back and enjoy the show!
