Book a Show

It's easy to book a show with Ted & Company TheaterWorks. Here's how:

  1. Look at the Live Shows section of the Web site. Choose one or several you think might work for your event.
  2. Look at the Calendar on this page and see if Ted & Co. are available for the dates you're considering.
  3. Fill out the BOOKING FORM. Then email or call toll free 866-276-2345 to talk to Sheri, Ted & Co's agent. She'll be glad to answer questions about shows, explore alternate dates, let you know which shows are available when.
  4. Once a date and show are agreed upon, Sheri will send a contract. We ask for a 20% deposit to hold the date, with travel costs and the balance of the contract due at the time of the performance.
  5. We provide publicity materials specific to the show you are booking.  We will send a small quantity of 11 x 17 large color posters and will email attachments or direct you to a web page where you can upload a news release, photos, flier masters, programs, etc. Everything you need to promote your event.
  6. A travel invoice will be sent by email approximately one month ahead of the show date. We ask you to email lodging arrangements at about the same time.
  7. Sheri will be happy to answer any questions you might have as you promote your event.
  8. The Performance Rider for each show will also give you the details you need regarding stage, lights, sound, etc.
  9. Send out your publicity, welcome Ted & Co. to your community, and then sit back and enjoy the show!
  10. After the show we'd love to hear from you.
