Written & performed by Ted Swartz, “No Feeling Is Final” builds on the friendship between two artists who create wider and wider circles of connection through art, humor, and soul. When everything changes, one of those artists discovers how his story is impacted by and intersects with others’ stories of mental illness, grief, hope, and resilience.

“No Feeling is Final” is an intimate, funny and vulnerable look at how telling our authentic stories — both painful and hopeful — can connect and carry us through hard times together.

Filmed on location at Goshen Theater in Goshen, Indiana. Directed by Michelle Milne, cinematography by Steven Stauffer. Based on the book Portraits from the Human Faces Tour, by Ted Swartz with Valerie Serrels, photography by Steven Stauffer, which was also a project of Center for Art, Humor and Soul.

Tuesday, November 30. 7:30pm EST / 6:30pm CST / 5:30pm MST / 4:30pm PST

… And then mark your calendar, write it on your palm, send yourself a text, post it on social media alongside pictures of your cat in a holiday sweater… call aunt Mabel, mail uncle Melvin, talk to cousin Bernard…hang on let’s wait on cousin Bernard, he still hasn’t apologized for the fiasco at the Memorial Day picnic. And when you do talk to Mabel don’t mention potato salad, possums or sack races.
